Our Innovative Approach
Every custom batch of material uses a state of the art computerized batching system that weighs each ingredient to exact standards. If the specified mix is not achieved, the computerized system discards the batch and starts over. After producing the finished product, our quality control department rigorously tests and matches each batch to ensure consistent color, blend and quality.
Each pallet / bulk bag of product has a computer generated batch label which contains information of the production of that specific batch including product name, a reference number for materials used in production and a date and time stamp when the item was produced. We also have pallet “hooding” available for both 80 lb pallets and 3000 lb bulk bags. Hooding is done by using an innovative stretch hood machine which measures and applies a film hood of the correct length over the pallet without the use of heat. This allows for outdoor storage at the job-site.
